1 General Provisions

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between bg99 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any registered or unregistered user of the Platform ("you", "user").

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on bg99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (via any method).
• Deposited funds must come only from the registered user's own account.

4.2 Withdrawals

The same payment methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• Withdrawals will be approved only after the verification process is complete.
• Withdrawal amounts will always be returned via the same method used for the deposit.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bg99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms. However, the general bonus terms are as follows:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only).
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• A bonus may only be used once unless otherwise stated.
• Multiple accounts or multiple members of the same household may not claim the same bonus.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.
• The validity period of a bonus will be stated in the details of the relevant offer.
• bg99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to betting and playing games on bg99:

• All bets are final once placed and cannot be changed.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical issue, bg99's decision is final.
• If a software error is detected in any game, the bets for that round will be considered void.
• All games are also governed by the individual rules of third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and Ezugi).
• Sports betting is settled based on officially announced results.
